- City Council Schedule: Meets the 2nd & 4th Monday of each month at 7:00 PM in Council Chambers at City Hall.
- How to Speak at a Meeting: Public comment period is at the start of each meeting. Sign up at the clerk's desk before the meeting begins. There is a three-minute limit per speaker.

- Planning Commission: Meets as needed — check the official bellevueohio.com site for the latest schedule.
- Board of Zoning Appeals: Meets monthly — contact the Building & Zoning department for the current schedule.

- Ohio Absentee Voting: Request an absentee ballot securely at OhioSoS.gov.
